An Evening of Theatrical Delight in Clonmel
I give you a flavour of what to expect when you come to my show at Cluain.
My show at Cluain in Clonmel is in exactly 15 days… eep. So, I thought I'd give you a flavour, both literally and metaphorically, of what you can expect when you come to the slow at Cluain. Like the Molly's event in West Cork, it'll be dinner and a show – a winning combination.
I'm sensing the vibe at Cluain will be warm and cosy, with hearty grub and the company of familiar faces from my past and present – the class of Presentation Secondary School 1996 are planning a mini-reunion at the play!
Plan for the Event
The evening will begin at about 5.30 with tea, coffee and nibbles to put you in the mood for a fun evening. Then at around 6pm, a meal will be served. You'll have a choice of two dishes, most likely a meat or fish dish.
You can let Cluain know when you're buying your ticket if you have any dietary needs. You can also bring whatever drink you like to wash it down with.
This is the food display area at Cluain where you can see all the delicious food available. You can see salads and quiches in bowls, with yogurts to the left.
I sense I will be eating very little of this meal – not because it won't be delicious, but because I'll be full of excitement about my performance, which will kick off at 7pm.
The show will last an hour, and then I will release you into the warm glow of a July evening – well, we can always dream!
Buying Your Tickets
All of these delights will be available to you for €25 a ticket. You can call into Cluain to pick them up or call 083-0880477 to reserve a ticket and pay for it within seven days. Looking forward to meeting up with all you lovely Clonmellians on 15 July.
