I'm starting a weekly discussion thread for all you writerly folk. We writers are known for being fierce angsty, so we'll discuss fierce angsty issues like why we bother writing in the first place, what makes good writing and what our writing dreams are. I’ll be delighted to read your comments 0 even if I don’t always agree!
This week's question is a very angsty one altogether. Given how difficult the publishing process has become, what is the point in being published, either traditional or self-publishing? Does it still have value for writers? Or are there other ways?
This is your space to discuss what matters to you as a writer. Feel free to suggest a topic you'd love to discuss.
Is Publication The Be-All and End-All?
If you have difficulty leaving a comment, you can pop a comment over to me on email, derbhile@writewordseditorial.ie.
